Warranty & Service Policy:
CartronixPlus warranties our products for 1
year from purchase date to be free of defects in
manufacturing and materials. We will replace or repair,
at our option, items purchased from us. All returns and
warranties are sent back postage paid by you. Please
call for a return Authorization #..
Any item showing damage, abuse, or exposure to water or
other liquids will not be covered under our warranty. We
check all items sent back to us for operation and will
return non defective items to you at your expense.
Please remove the item from your vehicle and have it
"bench checked" to rule out any installation problems.
Call us to verify your problem and obtain your RA # and
return instructions.
Sorry, but due to our deeply discounted prices, we
cannot issue refunds for defective items.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling
charges required for the repair or replacement of
merchandise. This shipping and handling fee is based on
the weight, value, and size of the item.
Every item sent back for replacement or warranty service
should include a detailed note stating your information
and the problems you are having.
Please include a bank check or money order for the
amount of your return shipping and handling fee.
We will return only those items and accessories returned
to us. Pack your item in an over box and have it insured
for full value.
If we are unable to repair or replace your item, we may
substitute a similar item of a the same value [ we will
contact you before doing this ] or we may refund your
purchase price, less shipping and restocking fee.
Exchange & Return Procedure:
CartronixPlus has a liberal exchange policy,
but due to our deeply discounted pricing we are not able
to offer refunds.
We offer a full 90 days, from date of purchase, exchange
on new, unopened, and uninstalled items. Items must be
complete with all boxes, packing, paperwork, and
accessories.
All items must have an RA # [ please call us ] and be
sent to us over- boxed and with packing on all 4 sides,
postage paid by you, and fully insured.
Credit will not be issued for any item that arrives in a
"non saleable" condition.
Credit will only be issued for the value of the item.
No credit issued for any shipping, insurance, and
special handling previously paid for.
There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all
returns and exchanges.
All returned items accepted for credit at our option.
Net merchandise credit will be noted on your account and
will be available for future purchases.
Shipping & Payment Policy:
We will usually ship your item same or next
business day after your payment is received and you will
get a shipping notice with tracking information at the
end of the shipping day. (occasionally orders take
longer and we will contact you if any additional time is
required)
All items are shipped by UPS GROUND or USPS, our choice.
Next Day, Second Day, and Third Day shipping are
available at extra cost. Please call us.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges .
We cannot combine the shipping costs of multiple items
as the shipping charges include packing, handling and
insurance.
All items are shipped signature required for delivery to
the customers credit billing address for package
security.
All refused and unclaimed items returned to us are
subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 20%
restocking fee.

cards [shipping to your credit card billing address

Sorry, no personal checks or American Express cards.
PO Box Orders:
We are able to ship to your PO box, if that is
your credit card billing address. There will be an
additional shipping fee based on the weight and size of your
item. Please purchase your item and we will call you with
the additional fee needed. Or call us and we can process the
order for you over the phone!
Orders to
Canada:
We are able to ship to Canadian street addresses by
UPS at additional cost.
We accept bank checks , postal money orders, and credit
cards [ shipping to your card billing address only]
Please purchase your items on the web site and we will
call you with the additional shipping charge for your
delivery.
We will ship as returned or repaired items, however you
will be responsible for all Canadian taxes and UPS
broker fees.
PLEASE NOTE:
Canadian orders paid by bank check or postal money
orders in USA$ can be shipped by USPS , please call for
additional information .
Sorry, we are not able to ship Kicker products to
Canada..
Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska Orders:
We are able to ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii,
and Alaska by USPS Parcel Post and USPS Priority mail.
Please purchase your items and we will call you with the
additional fee needed.
Military orders
We are not able to take credit card orders on
Military, APO, and FPO address deliveries. Only USA bank
checks and postal money orders can be accepted. Please
call us for additional fees and instructions.
